Congratulations Luke Freeman (L) and Paul Miller (R)! In fall 2017 Luke and Paul will both begin working on their Ph.D. in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Virginia.

Congratulations John Cobb! John was recently awarded a Goldwater Scholarship. We look forward to having him back in the lab this summer to continue his project studying p-doped P3HT films.

Congratulations Al Simpson! Al, a 2014 graduate who worked in our lab in summer 2012, was recently accepted to medical school at the University of South Carolina-Columbia.

Congratulations Maddie Gordon! Maddie (a 2015 graduate) has been working as an SULI intern at the Molecular Foundry at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and in fall 2017 she will begin working on her Ph.D. in the Applied Science and Technology Graduate program at the University of California-Berkeley.

Congratulations Dr. Boucher! In spring 2017 Dr. Boucher received the Gordon Jones Distinguished Achievement Award from the College of Charleston School of Science and Math in recognition of the significant achievement of his research group. Kudos to all former and current group members!

Congratulations Miranda Roesing! In spring 2017 Miranda had papers published in the Journal of Physical Chemistry B and The Journal of Polymer Science Part B: Polymer Physics. Both papers were co-authored with Dr. Boucher and Dr. Howell (Department of Mathematics).
